We have stayed at Bass Lake Lodge 4 times and always have loved it. When I pulled into the driveway, a smile came to my face and my heart filled with joy. It feels like home and Jennifer goes the extra mile, paying attention to details, to make our stay special. My favorite part this time was the back deck, kayaking and the sunrises. Highly recommend Bass Lake Lodge for peaceful and fun get aways.

The perfect place with the perfect view! We had a very relaxing weekend with every possible amenity. Close enough to downtown Traverse City but no where near the traffic and hassles. Look forward to our next visit!

The cottage has a beautiful view of Bass Lake. The cottage itself is very clean and has everything you need. The master sized bed was brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen is new and fresh. Jennifer is great and has some extras for you when you stay--ground coffee in the kitchen and shampoo in the bathroom. We loved the gas fireplace, it really warmed the room. When we were there the weather was cold and rainy so we couldn't enjoy the outside-- but there is a spacious deck with a large patio table and 6 chairs, a fire pit by the lake, gas grill, rowboat. Jennifer is easy to work with and makes herself (or her husband) available if any problems should arise. She even brought over some cherry salsa and chips and introduced herself. We would definitely come back.

This property did not disappoint. It was well stocked and very clean. The beautiful deck overlooking the lake was amazing. We loved sitting on the deck drinking wine. The firepit was also great and the wood was provided by the host.
